- 2 to 5 years of IT Technical Recruiting experience in US staffing industry.
- Experience with USA-based IT / Technical Staffing operations is a MUST.
- Experience recruiting US candidates on W2.
- Strong network among candidates, recruiters, and consultants.
- Working with job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, DICE, Indeed.com etc.
- Experience with working with Social Media recruiting using LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
- Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
- Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
