Position Overview: We're currently seeking a talented Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate plays a crucial part in providing support for our products and services to end-users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing technical assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsible For
  • Perform Oceanside platforms system administration, configuration and validation tasks.
  • Provide systems administration and technical support in a non-GMP environment.
  • Provide end-user support and training including troubleshooting problems at the application level (includes working with vendors to resolve issues).
  • Co-ordinate with Infrastructure, IT, and Database administrators to ensure continuous system availability.
  • Document and manage lab system defects and issues, assessments, and resolutions.
Additional Requirements

Deliverables: 

  • Upgrade of instrument PCs as needed 
  • Interface with vendors during instrument PMs and Instrument repairs or upgrades 
  • Coordinate with scientists and lab users to facilitate lab PC changes and systems patching 
  • General onsite support for Oceanside labs related instruments and PCs 
  • Manage backups for lab PCs 
  • Process and manage documentation for data integrity initiatives for Oceanside labs
