Position Overview: We're currently seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging their expertise in Salesforce architecture and development.

Responsible For
  • Responsible for the implementation and support of Data Cloud at client. 
  • The Salesforce CDP Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Salesforce CDP 
  • Drive implementation and support. 
  • Identify, confirm, and mitigate technical design risks. 
  • Lead or participate in technical workshops. 
  • Ensure project documentation is kept up to date. 
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, Salesforce, and Tavant Salesforce practice. 
  • Develop data integration solutions to import and synchronize customer data from various sources into the Salesforce CDP. 
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience to segment customer’s data demographically, geographically, behaviorally and other categories and set the activation targets to the external audience and platforms like Marketing Cloud. 
  • Develop and maintain custom code, triggers, and automation processes to extend the functionality of the Salesforce CDP. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to understand data requirements and provide technical expertise. 
  • Good knowledge of building analytic reports using Tableau, Analytic Studio, and/or Einstein Analytics for ML integration. 
  • Design and develop Salesforce CDP solutions to manage customer data, including data ingestion, data modelling, segmentation, profiling, and personalization capabilities. 
  • Plan and execute the migration of data from cloud/on-premises systems to Salesforce and Data cloud. 
  • Strong understanding and hands on experience of working on data modelling, data harmonization using reconciliation rules, data transformation and data actions. 
  • Good knowledge of writing SQL statements to build batch & streaming CI.
  • Should have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, data integration, and data modelling, customer profiling, along with a solid understanding of marketing and customer data concepts. 
  • Translate and communicate business needs into technical requirements and solutions. 
  • Work with Quality Engineering teams for User Acceptance Testing
