Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Manhattan Active Omni Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Manhattan Active Omni to deliver cutting-edge retail solutions, helping our clients optimize their omnichannel operations and drive seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support the Manhattan Active Omni platform, ensuring it meets business requirements and aligns with industry best practices.

- 5+ years of experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) support – strong understanding of distributed order management, Order allocation, ship from store, BOPIS and payment processing
- 3+ years of experience using SOAP UI and Postman as well as firsthand knowledge on XML/XSLT, JSON and HTTP concepts
- Ability to identify, analyze, configure and support.
- Technical Skills: REST APIs, Java, JSON, data mapping & SQL.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience, preferred.
Responsible For
- Perform change management functions associated with support configuration for MAO application
- Background with the Manhattan Active Omni, Order Management is required.
- Working in information technology doing application analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
- ability to provide clear written and verbal communication with little or no supervision.
