Responsible For
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries. Proactively seek out new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and present compelling sales pitches to prospective clients. Lead negotiations and discussions to close deals that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new areas of growth and business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system. Provide regular reports and analyses to the management team.
  • Work closely with various internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.
