Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Release Management to join our team and play a pivotal role in our adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) and Agile practices. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of our software releases, ensuring that they are of high quality and delivered on time.

Responsible For
  • Responsible for defining program and release criteria, driving release quality metrics and improvements. 
  • Collaborate with executives, service leaders, and project managers to drive initiatives and ensure alignment with company and technical goals. 
  • Directs team in defining the program goals and prioritization for the features (e.g., product, service) they own. 
  • Establish critical metrics to measure the success and efficiency of the product/program. 
  • Leads teams to define success criteria and performance metrics (e.g. Objectives and Key Results [OKRs], Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] such as quality and performance) of the features. 
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Stay informed about new technologies and industry standards. 
  • Encourage and facilitate technical innovation.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical partners. 
  • Previous leadership roles in Product Management functions. 
  • Proven experience in the Change and Release Management space.
