Position Overview: We're currently seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect specializing in Retail Systems and Applications to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing our retail technology landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. The successful candidate's expertise will drive the design and implementation of scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions to support our retail operations and enhance customer experience.

Responsible For
- Review the Retail Systems and Applications of the customers for B2B and B2C and understand their business goals, processes, and requirements.
- Analyze the tools and technologies used by the customers, such as ERP, CRM, Analytics, Customer Service application, etc. and evaluate their level of maturity based on the industry standards and best practices.
- Identify the gaps, issues, risks, and challenges of the current systems and applications and provide solutions and alternatives to address them.
- Prepare an assessment report that summarizes the findings, insights, and recommendations for improving the maturity of the tools and technologies.
- Present the assessment report to the customers and stakeholders and explain the rationale and benefits of the proposed solutions.
- Carry out the assignment as an individual contributor with a need to regularly interact with the key customer stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project teams and customers throughout the implementation and deployment phases.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Retail Systems and Applications domain and incorporate them into the solutions as appropriate.
Job Nature
Educational Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect in the Retail Systems and Applications domain.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the tools and technologies used by the customers, such as ERP, CRM, Analytics, Customer Service application, etc.
- Proven experience in conducting maturity assessments and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks is a plus.
