Responsible For
  • Looking For 5-7 yrs. experienced US IT Recruiter in US Staffing /US IT Recruiting.
  • Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements.
  • Identifying right candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
  • Hands on Experience in Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (LinkedIn, Career Builder, Dice, Monster, Indeed & others)
  • Shortlist qualified candidates as per the job requirement.
  • Provide shortlisted candidates details to account manager or recruiting coordinator.
  • Resolve candidate’s queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Should have hands on experience in sourcing & recruiting quality resumes/candidates.
  • Should have good experience with resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking & employee referrals.
  • Should have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts.
  • Good working exposure with Implementation Clients is must.
  • Should have hands on experience with US Tax terms & Visa.
  • Communicating with the Account Manager & Recruiting coordinator on daily basis.
  • Ability to work as a Individual contributor & a good team player.
  • Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Soft skills- High degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude and passion towards Us IT recruitment.
