Responsible For
  As a Senior US IT Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier IT talent within the United States. You will play a key role in shaping the workforce of our company by finding and attracting skilled professionals for our IT department. This position requires a high level of expertise in technical recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Responsibilities
  • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, US IT recruitment, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruiting.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI IT technical recruiting.
  • Excellent sourcing and recruiting techniques, as well as Strong experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards.
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements and IT industry trends.
  • Strong Head-hunting and Bench sales skills, detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the recruitment process effectively and efficiently for a variety of technical positions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have good hold on W2, C2C
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of IT positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate management systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make compelling offers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Need to work On-Site.
